Flower Play Workshops
Introducing Flower Play
Have you ever been curious about the art of flowers—how a florist works and what goes on inside their creative mind?
I was. And that curiosity started over 10 years ago.
Lately, I’ve been reflecting on what I love most about flowers, and I’ve realised it’s the connection, the community, and the moments. Being part of people’s most important moments in life: births, birthdays, love—Valentine’s Day, engagements, weddings, marriages, anniversaries, celebrations. But also the moments of loss—sympathy, lives well lived, and those times when words fall short. Flowers have power: the power to bring people together, to create connection and community, and to say what words sometimes simply cannot.
I also love how flowers bring people together. They invite out a playful side of you that you may not even know exists.
Flowers bring teams together through play and collaboration—whether that’s supporting each other as you explore your creativity, or challenging yourselves to build something beautiful together, guided by me as I lead you gently through the process.
Which is why I invite you to gather your friends, your team, your family—or even just yourself—and come along to one of our Flower Play workshops.
Flower Play will be offered as monthly sessions, alongside private bookings for teams of 5, 10 or more, perfect for workplaces, creative teams, and special group gatherings.
We are able to provide the space or come to you in this case we bring everything you need to arrange the flowers we just ask that you provide the space and tables to work on.
We’ll work closely with the seasons as we move from summer into autumn, autumn into winter, and winter into spring, letting nature quietly guide what we create and how each workshop unfolds.
These sessions are designed to create space for creativity, rest, playfulness, and joy—using flowers as a gentle way to support your mental health and overall wellbeing.
Alongside this, you’ll absolutely learn the art of flower arranging. I’ll be sharing my professional approach, talking you through my methods and way of working with flowers, and guiding you step by step so you can build confidence and develop your own style.
All the while, we’ll enjoy a little glass of bubbles, some grazing, vibing to good tunes, and learning together along the way.
Our first release will focus on simple flower arranging and detailed wrapping—so you’ll leave with something truly beautiful to share with your loved ones.
All materials are supplied. You just need to book in and show up.
I can’t wait to play with flowers with you.
