An Evening of Christmas Wreath Making Under the Stars
Celebrate the festive season with a beautiful evening of Christmas wreath making, canapés, bubbles and a little bit of Christmas magic under the stars at The Goulburn Brewery.
Join Dani from She Follows Floral Design for a relaxed and hands-on evening where you’ll learn to create your very own Australian native Christmas wreath using a beautiful mix of fresh and dried foliage, flowers, seed pods and festive textures.
We’ll kick off the evening with canapés and a glass of bubbles on arrival before settling in for an evening of creativity, good company and Christmas cheer. Not a bubbles drinker? No worries at all — we’ll work something out for you!
Whether you’re completely new to wreath making or already have some floristry experience, Dani will guide you step by step through the process — from choosing your materials to wiring, layering and arranging your wreath so it lasts beautifully throughout the festive season.
As the evening unfolds, you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of The Goulburn Brewery, creating with your hands, enjoying delicious grazing, sipping a drink and soaking up the magic of Christmas under the stars.
Every wreath will be completely unique, reflecting your own style and creativity. You’ll leave with a beautiful handcrafted piece ready to hang on your front door or bring a little festive magic into your home.

Celebrate the festive season with a beautiful afternoon of Christmas floral arranging, canapés, bubbles and a little bit of Christmas magic at The Goulburn Brewery.
Join Dani from She Follows Floral Design for a relaxed and hands-on afternoon where you’ll create your very own bespoke Christmas table centrepiece, using a beautiful selection of seasonal florals, fresh greenery and festive textures.
We’ll kick off the afternoon with canapés and a glass of bubbles on arrival before settling in for an afternoon of creativity, good company and Christmas cheer. Not a bubbles drinker? No worries at all — we’ll work something out for you!
Your workshop includes everything you need to create a large, beautiful Christmas centrepiece, designed specifically to make a statement on your Christmas table. Each arrangement will be created in a beautiful floral base, approximately 75cm wide x 25cm deep, giving you plenty of room to play with seasonal mostly native flowers, greenery and festive textures.
Dani will guide you step by step, helping you bring together your chosen florals and foliage to create an arrangement that feels uniquely yours.
Whether you love something lush and abundant, natural and understated, or beautifully festive, you’ll have the freedom to play with the flowers and create a centrepiece that reflects your own style.
As the afternoon unfolds, you’ll be surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of The Goulburn Brewery, creating with your hands, enjoying delicious grazing, sipping a drink and soaking up the magic of Christmas.
At the end of the afternoon, you’ll take home your bespoke Christmas centrepiece, ready to place straight onto your Christmas table, or give as a truly special and thoughtful Christmas gift.
