We suggest a minimum of 6-12 months but we can easily work within a shorter planning timeframe.

We do recommend paying your 20% deposit as early as possible as we only take a limited number of weddings each weekend.

After your deposit is paid we can easily sort through changes and revisions to the order details, nothing needs to be firmly set in stone until 6 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Yes, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and weather conditions have a significant impact on availability of flowers. For example, Peonies are only available for a few weeks in mid-Spring (most often November) but the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are.

Here are She Follows Floral Design we curate very personalised individual quotes for each of our beautiful couples

We do offer a range of hire items – vases, ceremony archway, plinths, stands, various styles of candleholders and so much more. If we don't have what you are looking for we are able to source these from a range of wedding hire and event companies and work closely with wedding stylists and planners on your special

If you are looking for a long list of hire items, we recommend partnering with Sweet Little Sunday based in Canberra NSW or we can recommend a range of other stylists we work closely with.

There is a lot of variability when it comes to wedding flower prices. But most of our couples spend from $4500 – $12,000 upwards on their wedding flowers.

We suggest 10-20% of your total wedding budget but if you want florals to be a significant component of the experience for the day, we would recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to flowers.

Our design team is based in Goulburn NSW very close to the Southern Highlands, NSW but we like to think of ourselves as the travelling florist, some areas we frequent are (but are not limited to): The South Coast NSW, The Southern Highlands NSW, Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW and Goulburn/ Gunning NSW.

Yes absolutely, we love to travel just say where and we can work together to make this possible (within reason) just remember to consider travel aspects like over night accomodation depending on the location of your wedding

The first step is to submit an initial enquiry – we will then confirm whether your date is available.

From there, we will send you an online questionnaire and pricing guide as the first phase of our consultation process. Learn more about our process here.

No, not at all. We manage all of our communication online – if you’re overseas we can easily coordinate over Zoom or manage everything over email.

No, not at all. We do suggest though that you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options when it comes to wedding flower design. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction from there we can really start to identify your individual style we will do this by curating a personalised Pinterest mood board just for you.

You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We’ve managed many weddings and know our local venues incredibly well and if we haven't been to your venue before we will absolutely do a site visit if needed. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling ideas as well its one of our favourite parts!

Absolutely, we’ll deliver all your flowers personally. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process.

We have a $3000 minimum although most of our couples spend between $5,000-$12,000 upwards on flowers.

Our recommendation is to go with something really beautiful, impactful and stunning:

Invest in your ceremony florals this is something we can always repurpose at your reception - I like to call this giving your ceremony flowers a second life

What to do at your reception we recommend styling delicate bud vases complimented by florals nests and a mixture of romantic candles scattered down the centre of each table – featuring a mix of premium blooms, seasonal florals and complimenting greenery coordinating with the colour palette of your dreams.

The best bit is your guests can take the flowers home at the end of the night just make sure they don't take the vases with them!
